About the Seychelles Inflatable Pool Lounge Chair

A 66-inch inflatable pool lounge chair with high-back support, armrests, and a built-in cup holder.

The Seychelles is a full-size floating pool chair built for sitting upright in the water — drink stable, hands free, head well above the waterline. The high backrest supports your shoulders and neck while contoured armrests keep you settled in without gripping. At 66 inches, there’s room to shift, lean, and get comfortable the way a proper chair should let you.

Construction uses thicker-gauge PVC than most inflatable pool loungers, with heat-welded seams and a double-lock valve that holds air through a full afternoon. The material resists UV fading and chlorine exposure across multiple seasons — this isn’t a single-summer disposable. Inflate with a hand or electric pump in about three minutes (pump not included).

Deflated, the Seychelles rolls to the size of a beach towel and fits in a suitcase, a trunk, or a pool bag. That portability makes it the go-to floating pool chair for vacation rentals, lake houses, resort pools, and anywhere you don’t want to haul rigid foam. Grab it, inflate it, float — then pack it flat when you’re done.

Foam pool floats last longer and need zero setup — we’ll say that plainly, because we make those too. But foam can’t replicate the contoured armrest support or the pack-flat portability of a well-built inflatable pool chair. Different days call for different floats. For the full material comparison, see our foam vs. inflatable guide.

If you’re weighing upright chairs against flat loungers for your pool floats for adults lineup, our chairs vs. loungers guide breaks down when each one wins.

Best Pool Float Ever!

Definitely invest in one of these for all your leisurely pool needs. I bought one of these and took it on a lazy river. Looked like a straight up queen rolling down the river on this thing. You don’t get wet because this floatie sits pretty high up, and there’s a cup holder for all your day drinking needs. Everyone was jealous and tried to swipe my ride.

Very nice!!

Super comfortable, keeps you dry if you just like to float and not get wet, a lot bigger and higher than the picture, very easy to inflate....especially with a pump...it took literally 2 minutes to inflate!!

So comfortable

This float is ideal for reading while floating in the pool. Unlike most pool floats this one helps you sit more upright.

Great pool float

Great for floating in the pool and still being able to talk to everyone. I always hate lying down and trying to carry on conversations. It's good for being able to sit up and read while floating. For more comfort, it would be better if it had a slight tilt to the back. It's pretty straight up and down

Ok not crazy about it

Would like this product more if it laid back more. Have to sit in upright position

Comfy but small

I like the float but was much smaller than I thought

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included with the Seychelles?+
The Seychelles comes with the inflatable lounge chair itself. A pump is not included — we recommend a standard hand or electric pump for inflation, which takes about three minutes.
Does the Seychelles have a cup holder?+
The Seychelles features integrated armrests that can cradle a drink, though it doesn't have a molded cup holder. For secure drink holding, a clip-on pool cup holder works perfectly with the armrest.
Should I get the Seychelles or a foam pool chair?+
The Seychelles is best if you want contouring comfort, armrest support, and the ability to pack it flat for travel. A foam pool chair is better if you want zero-setup convenience and multi-year durability without worrying about punctures.
Can I use the Seychelles in the ocean?+
We recommend calm pool or lake water. Ocean currents and waves can be unpredictable, and an inflatable is more susceptible to wind drift than a heavier foam float. For ocean use, always have a spotter and stay close to shore.
What if the Seychelles gets a puncture?+
Small punctures can be repaired with a standard vinyl patch kit (not included). Clean the area, apply the patch, and let it cure for 24 hours before re-inflating. For major damage, replacement is more practical than repair.
