How long does shipping take?+
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental U.S. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Since most of our floats are priced above $50, the majority of orders qualify automatically.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States only. We're exploring international shipping options and hope to expand soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Foam floats that have been in the water are not eligible for return due to hygiene considerations. For full details, see our returns policy.
Do your floats come with a warranty?+
Our foam floats are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers issues like delamination of the vinyl coating or foam cell breakdown — not normal wear or misuse. Contact us if you experience any quality issues.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact our team with your order number.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?+
Yes — we work with resorts, vacation rental owners, pool service companies, and retailers. For bulk orders of 10+ units, contact us directly and we'll put together a custom quote.
